1. Establishment of a Rural Skill Development & Training Centre

A dedicated centre offering training programs for rural youth, women, and farmers:

• Computer education (Basic, DCA, Advanced Excel, Tally)
• Digital literacy programs under Digital India Mission
• Tailoring & Fashion Designing
• Beauty & Wellness Courses
• Electrician & Wiring Technician
• Solar Technician Training
• Plumber & Fitter Courses
• Agriculture skill development (organic farming, soil testing, modern irrigation)

2. Skill Development for Women Empowerment

Focused programs for rural women to enhance financial independence:
• Stitching, embroidery, and fashion design
