The camp was inaugurated by the chief guest Dr.K.D.Joshi (Senior Cardiologist). After that the camp was organised by cutting the ribbon, after the inauguration Dr.Joshi ji Addressing everyone, he said that if you want to remain healthy in life, it is very important to improve your daily routine

The guests of the camp were Dr. Sudhir Kumar Chaudhary, Dr. Madhulika Rai,
Dr. Anoop Kumar Sarvaiya. The importance of health was emphasized by all and the students, staff and general public present in the camp were told the ways to stay healthy.

A key focus of this project was to ensure that vulnerable groups, including those Below Poverty Line (BPL), Scheduled Castes (SC), Scheduled Tribes (ST), and Other Backward Classes (OBC), accessed free quality healthcare services. By focusing on health
awareness, preventive care, early diagnosis, and accessibility to medical services, the initiative sought to improve the overall well-being of young learners and foster a culture of health within the community. This report details the foundational aspects of the programme, with subsequent sections to be populated with specific activities conducted, outcomes achieved, and challenges encountered.

Based on the outcomes and challenges identified, this section will provide  recommendations for future school health programmes, including:
• Suggestions for follow-up actions for students with identified health issues.
• Improvements for future camp organization and execution.
• Strategies for sustained health education and preventive care in schools.
• Recommendations for enhanced community and stakeholder engagement.
