We offer two recognized and career-oriented programmes: Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) and Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed / B.T.C.), designed to meet the growing demand for qualified teachers in India’s education system.

Over the years, the institute expanded its academic horizon by adding the Best Industrial Training Institute in Lucknow and Sitapur (2011), B.Ed. (2015), BTC (2016), and B.Pharma, D.Pharma, and Nursing programs (2019). With excellent infrastructure, dedicated faculty, and a student-friendly environment, we nurture holistic development through academics, sports, NCC, NSS, and cultural activities.

2020 Programs
26 January
The Republic Day was celebrated with great enthusiasm at the institution on 26 January 2020. On this occasion, various cultural programs were organized by the trainees. The trainees presented skits and poetry recitations on different themes.
On this auspicious occasion of Republic Day, the Chairman of the institution, Shri Suresh Singh, the institution’s Director, Shri Aishwarya Pratap Singh, along with all the lecturers and staff members, were present. A total of 246 trainees of the D.El.Ed and B.T.C programs were present at the event.
With the aim of making trainees aware of their rights and duties related to the Constitution, a street play was presented by the trainees. In this, D.El.Ed trainees Vishakha Mishra, Pankaj Mishra, Mamta Mishra, Babita Awasthi, and other associate trainees displayed commendable performance. At the conclusion of the program, the trainees were awarded by the Chairman of the institution on the basis of their performance.
Plantation
On 05 June 2020, a collective tree plantation drive was organized in the institution premises. On this occasion, the Chairman of the institution, Shri Surendra Pratap Singh, the Principal of the institution, Shri Aishwarya Pratap Singh, along with all the lecturers, staff members, and trainees, planted various types of saplings.
The Chairman of the institution addressed the trainees and explained that to protect the environment and fulfill our responsibilities towards nature, it is essential to maintain a clean and healthy environment. Therefore, to achieve this objective, a tree plantation program is organized every year.
Rangoli
On 09 November 2020, on the eve of Diwali, a Rangoli competition was grandly organized in the institution as a symbol of the victory of light over darkness. In this competition, the trainees created many attractive Rangoli designs using different colors.
The Rangoli artworks were observed by the Chairman of the institution, Shri Surendra Pratap Singh, and the Principal of the institution, Shri Aishwarya Pratap Singh. Based on the observation, the trainees who presented the best Rangoli designs were awarded first, second, and third prizes.
Scout 2020
From 26 October 2020 to 30 October 2020, a five-day Scout/Guide training program was organized at the institution, in which D.El.Ed and B.T.C trainees participated. Along with training, trainees were taught physical skills such as tent pitching, rope tying, use of ropes, cooking, and management of meals even when resources were limited. Trainees were also engaged in various games for recreation.
Along with academic education, the training emphasized the development of discipline, self-reliance, clarity of thought, helping others, and the spirit of service towards the sick and needy. The Scout trainers Shri Aashish Pandey and Shri Dharmendra Singh imparted training to all the trainees with great efficiency and dedication.
Swchhta Abhiyan
Under the Swachh Bharat Abhiyan, the trainees of the institution created awareness about cleanliness among the public on 02 October 2020. This campaign was initiated by the Honorable Prime Minister of India, Shri Narendra Modi, with the objective of realizing the vision of a Clean India.
Through this initiative, the trainees of the institution motivated society towards cleanliness by organizing cleanliness drives and street plays. On this occasion, the Principal, lecturers, and staff members of the institution were present.
Yoga
International Yoga Day was celebrated at the institution on 21 June 2020, in which all lecturers, staff members, and trainees of the D.El.Ed and B.T.C programs were present. Through yoga instructors, all the trainees present at the institution were made to practice yoga collectively. Various asanas were performed, explaining the importance of yoga in our lives.
It was also clarified that if we practice yoga regularly in our daily lives, we can move towards a better and healthier life. On the occasion of Yoga Day, an in-depth discussion was held on diet and food habits that suit our bodies, and guidance was given on what kind of food should be consumed according to changing seasons to maintain good health.
2021 Programs
Scout Guide
From 26 October 2021 to 30 October 2021, a five-day Scout/Guide training program was organized at the institution, in which D.El.Ed and B.T.C trainees participated. Along with training, the trainees were taught physical skills such as tent pitching, rope tying, use of ropes, time management, and meal management even in the absence of adequate resources. The trainees were also entertained through various types of games.
Along with academic education, the training focused on developing discipline, strong character, mental and physical health, clarity of thought, self-reliance, and a spirit of service towards the sick and needy. With these objectives in mind, Scout trainers Shri Aashish Pandey and Shri Dharmendra Singh provided training to all the trainees with great efficiency and dedication.
On the occasion of the conclusion of the Scout/Guide camp, the Chief Guest, Principal Shri J.P. Mishra (District Scout Guide Training Institution, Shahabad – Sitapur), was present. Under the Scout camp, the trainees displayed scout tents and various types of traditional dishes, which were observed and appreciated.

Game
On 22 and 23 February, annual sports competitions were organized at the institution. The competitions were inaugurated by the Honorable Member of Parliament, Shri Rajesh Verma, who attended the event as the Chief Guest. On this occasion, the area MLA, Shri Shailendra Kumar, was also present. The Chairman of the institution, Shri Surendra Pratap Singh, the Principal, Shri Aishwarya Pratap Singh, along with lecturers and staff members, were present.
Students from various colleges and schools of the region participated in different competitions under the parliamentary sports tournament. Sports events such as badminton, football, volleyball, shot put, kabaddi, kho-kho, and relay race were organized. The winning participants were honored with medals and prizes by the Honorable Member of Parliament.
Library Visit
According to the curriculum guidelines of Lucknow University, a library orientation program was organized for the D.El.Ed trainees of the 2021 batch. The objective of this program was to make the trainees understand the importance of the library as future teachers, familiarize them with available resources, and enable them to use these resources properly during their training.
During the orientation, trainees were provided with detailed information about the various library facilities available, such as books, journals, periodicals, and online databases.
Rangoli
On the eve of Diwali, symbolizing the victory of light over darkness, a grand Rangoli competition was organized at the institution. In this competition, the trainees created numerous attractive and artistic Rangoli designs using different colors.
The Rangoli designs were observed by the Chairman of the institution, Shri Surendra Pratap Singh, and the Principal of the institution, Shri Aishwarya Pratap Singh. After evaluation, the trainees who presented the best Rangoli designs were awarded first, second, and third prizes.
2022 Programs
Basant Panchmi
On 05 February 2022, the Basant Panchami festival was celebrated at the institution. On this occasion, worship of Goddess Saraswati, the deity of wisdom, knowledge, and arts, was performed. Along with this, all the trainees celebrated the festival of Basant Panchami with great enthusiasm by participating in a Saraswati Puja ceremony.
The program was organized at the institution, in which the Chairman of the institution, the Principal, lecturers, staff members, and trainees were present.
Yoga
On 21 June 2022, International Yoga Day was celebrated at the institution. On this occasion, all the lecturers, staff members, and trainees of the D.El.Ed and B.T.C programs were present. Under the guidance of yoga instructors, all the lecturers and trainees present at the institution practiced yoga collectively. Various asanas were performed, and the importance of yoga in our lives was explained.
It was also clarified that by incorporating yoga into our daily routine, we can achieve a healthier and more balanced life. On the occasion of Yoga Day, an in-depth discussion was held on diet and nutrition suitable for our bodies, and guidance was provided on what kind of food should be consumed according to changing seasons to maintain good health.
Matdata Jagrukta
In the academic session 2022, keeping the Legislative Assembly elections in view, a voter awareness campaign was conducted by the trainees of the institution on 06 February 2022. In the presence of the Principal and teachers, the trainees organized a rally to make citizens aware of their voting rights.
Through this rally, citizens were informed about the importance of voting and encouraged to exercise their right to vote. On this occasion, the trainees appealed for 100 percent voting through mehendi art as a creative medium.
2023 Programs
26 January
Republic Day was celebrated with great enthusiasm at the institution on 26 January 2023. On this occasion, various cultural programs were organized by the trainees. The trainees presented skits and poetry recitations on different themes.
On this auspicious occasion, the Chief Guest was the Chairman of the institution, Shri Surendra Pratap Singh. The Principal, Shri Aishwarya Pratap Singh, along with all the lecturers and staff members, were present. A total of 289 trainees from the D.El.Ed and B.T.C programs attended the program.
Various cultural activities were organized by the trainees, through which awareness about our fundamental duties and rights was created.
Basant Panchami
The festival of Basant Panchami was celebrated at the institution, during which worship of Goddess Saraswati, the deity of wisdom, knowledge, and arts, was performed. The students recited shlokas and offered prayers to Goddess Saraswati.
On the occasion of Basant Panchami, a grand feast was organized at the institution, in which the Chairman, Principal, lecturers, staff members, and trainees were present.

On the concluding day of the Scout/Guide training, the Principal/Deputy Education Director of District Institute of Education and Training (DIET), Kherabad – Sitapur, Shri T.K. Dubey, was present as the Chief Guest.
